- This is a prepaid model.
- Unsatisfactory service needs to be communicated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Based on the merits of the case, refund shall be awarded to the customer by Cheque Mode Only.
- Customer needs to send his Bank Details with Name as per Bank Records for us to process the Cheque.
- Time Frame required for processing a merited case shall be 15 working days minimum.
