Cancellation & Return Policy.

  • This is a prepaid model.
  • Unsatisfactory service needs to be communicated by email to cs@netxpress.in
  • Based on the merits of the case, refund shall be awarded to the customer by Cheque Mode Only.
  • Customer needs to send his Bank Details with Name as per Bank Records for us to process the Cheque.
  • Time Frame required for processing a merited case shall be 15 working days minimum.
